‘Iron Man 3‘ Comic-Con Clip - Robert Downey Jr., Tony Stark himself, surprised fans in Hall H at Comic-Con this weekend with his appearance. In addition, Marvel Studios revealed the official title treatment for the upcoming sequel Iron Man 3, starring Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow and Don Cheadle with series newcomers Ben Kingsley, Guy Pearce and Rebecca Hall.
The third installment continues the epic, big-screen adventures of the world’s favorite billionaire inventor/super hero, Tony Stark aka “Iron Man,” fresh from his team-up with The Avengers. Tony Stark/Iron Man will head to China to face his toughest opponent, Mandarin.

Iron Man gets a third outing fresh from his team-up with The Avengers in this Marvel Studios production. Robert Downey Jr. once again stars, with Shane Black helming from a script he cowrote with Drew Pierce that takes it’s cues from Warren Ellis’ Extremis comic mini-series. Ben Kingsley, Guy Pearce, and Rebecca Hall join the returning cast of Gwyneth Paltrow and Don Cheadle.
