Ubisoft has unveiled Watch Dogs, a brand new IP developed by its Montreal studio, at its E3 conference.
Watch Dogs is being developed by a team comprised from members of the Rainbow 6, Far Cry and Assassin’s Creed series, and it pits the player as Aiden Pearce, a hacker who’s got the city at his disposal.

What happens when an entire city is controlled by one computer, and then someone gets a hold of that computer?
Watch Dogs will answer this question as you are given the ability to use an entire city as a weapon while you try to unravel the mysteries surrounding it. Want to turn an intersection light red? Child’s play. Want to derail a subway car? Now you’re talking.
This is a whole new IP (Intellectual Property) for Ubisoft, shown at the Ubi press conference, and it certainly has us curious what is about to unfold.
